Hero was founded in 2012 in order to serve the growing need for responsible powersports part development and export. Our Parent company, (Ningbo Jalyn Enterprise Co., LTD) was founded in 1998 and has over 16 years of experience in designing, engineering, manufacturing and exporting Automotive, Motorcycle and Scooter parts.

HIGH-LEVEL SECURITY OF YOUR COMPANY AND PROJECT INFORMATION – All manufactures that we work with are bound by legal agreements to not distribute or share any information. Since we are the exporter of your goods, we prevent your competitors from finding information about your company or products through online trading sites or Bill of Lading declarations. PRODUCT TENDERING PROCESS – We visit and grade factories based on their experience and attention to detail. China is a massive country that makes products for the entire world. There are 1000’s of factories capable of making parts, however a very small percentage of them are able to provide the attention to detail required for the US powersports market. We weed out the lower grade factories and tender your projects to factories that are capable of meeting or exceeding your expectations.

PRICE NEGOTIATIONS – Throughout the tendering process we work with you and the factory to achieve your target price and terms. Because we have such a large list of qualified manufacturers we save you time, money and reduce the risk of you selecting a incompatible manufacturer.

SAMPLES BEFORE PRODUCTION – After confirming an order with a factory, but before moving to large scale production, we provide you with real samples of the product in order for you to confirm fitment and performance. If changes are required, we will document your requests, make the revisions and send another sample until you’re satisfied.

QUALITY CONTROL – After you’ve confirmed sample function and satisfaction we will oversee the final production. We keep detailed records in order to inspect all final parts before they are packaged and exported. In the event of a discrepancy we are able to rectify any concerns with the manufacturer before the goods are delivered to you.
